that pose a potential risk. We use moisture meters, infrared thermal imaging cameras as well as the trusted timber tapping method to ensure all areas are thoroughly examined.

All of our building inspection reports are extremely detailed analysis of the condition of the property, with photos of each room and photos of all the minor and major defects that we find. At Termite Reports Plus we are passionate and responsible building inspectors and we are confident that through our inspection report, you will be able to understand the attention to detail that our inspection service provides. Each inspection is completed by our experienced inspectors in accordance with Australian Standards AS4349.1, AS4349.3 and Code of Conduct.
